Lauchlan is a dedicated Commercial Sales & Leasing Executive with over 10 years of experience in the commercial property industry. He specialises in assisting clients with the sale and leasing of commercial assets, providing strategic advice tailored to help them achieve their property goals.

Beginning his real estate career in 2016 as a Team Assistant, Lauchlan quickly developed a strong understanding of the commercial property sector. After gaining valuable experience across a range of sales and leasing campaigns, he progressed into a Commercial Sales and Leasing role in 2018. His hands-on industry experience is complemented by a Bachelor of Property and Real Estate and a Bachelor of Commerce (Management), equipping him with both the practical and analytical skills needed to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Lauchlan's strengths lie in property analysis, identifying local market trends, lease negotiations, sales marketing, and recognising the highest and best use of commercial assets. He is passionate about providing clients with informed advice and practical solutions that maximise the value of their investments.

Having moved to Ballarat in 1998, Lauchlan has a deep connection to the region and a strong appreciation for its unique character. He values Ballarat's ability to offer all the amenities of a thriving city while maintaining the welcoming spirit and community focus of a regional town.

A fun fact about Lauchlan is that after completing Year 12, he spent several years travelling around Australia and working in remote areas, experiences that helped shape his resilience, adaptability, and appreciation for regional communities.
